Dominion Cares is licensed by the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) to provide Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) for persons with disabilities and individuals age 65 and older. Our services are delivered in accordance with the standards of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 245A, and Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 245D.
