Who We Are

Dominion Cares is a trusted provider of personalized home and community-based care across South Central Minnesota. We create customized care plans for patients of all ages—supporting seniors, children, and individuals with physical, mental, or behavioral needs—in the comfort and safety of their own homes.

Starting as a PCA and Homemaker provider agency in Glencoe, the seat of McLeod County in January 2009, the company has grown into a fully departmentalized caregiving organization with services in the following areas:

  • Personal Care Assistance (PCA)
  • Community First Services and Supports (CFSS)
  • 245D Services licensed by the Minnesota Department of Human Services
  • In-Home Nursing Services licensed by the Minnesota Department of Health
  • Services offered to Medicaid enrolled persons
  • Services offered to Private Paying families and individuals

Our Management

  • Oladipo Ajayi (MBA) and Abiola Mariam Ajayi (RN, MSN) co-founded Dominion Resources, Inc, the parent company of Dominion Cares. They serve as President/CEO and VP/Nursing Director respectively.
  • Faye Duffy, BA (Business): Company Administrator and Designated Manager (245D Program)
  • AngelineCharlesworth (RN): Qualified Person/PCA-CFSS Supervisor
  • Tawnya Aljets: Assistant Manager, Admin/HR
  • Kelly Haley (RN): Qualified Person/PCA-CFSS Supervisor, and Designated Coordinator, 245D Program
  • Danielle Padilla: Billing Specialist

As we rolled into 2025, we began to see our services crystalizing into a strong unified vision—one that honors our legacy while boldly stepping into the future.
